How can I see error logs from LibreOffice on Mac? Is there any file where LO saves error information?

You should probably change the question title to reflect that this is a Mac platform-specific question. The log file(s) for this platform can be found here:
/Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/LibreOffice/3/user/extensions/shared/log.txt
/Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/LibreOffice/3/user/uno_packages/cache/log.txt
To increase the amount of information written to logs refer this question.
This no longer seems to be the right location in LibreOffice 4+: find ~/Library/Application\ Support/LibreOffice -name log\* doesn’t return any files.
