LibreOffice Math: Strange PDF Export Output

I am having problems when exporting this file to PDF.

It generates a PDF with strange, and quite probably undesired output.

Using LibreOffice 6.1.4.2, on Debian GNU/Linux 8.7 (jessie), x86_64.
