I’m running windows 10 pro, when I try to open a MS Word file using your software (I’m new to you) it tells me that the system isn’t responding and I have to force close it. Am I doing something wrong? Also, I’m not a techy sort of person (in any sort of way) please adhere by the KIS (keep it simple) rule. Thanks!
