LibreOffice - "Please wait while we update your installation"

Since I updated to 25.8.1.1, every time I start any LibreOffice app I get the “Please wait while we update your installation” alert. A minor inconvenience, but was wondering if anyone else gets this alert.

If the updater notification shows on each start, it means it can’t update for some reason.
You may need to investigate what’s wrong; or you may not want the updater, so may want to disable it.
