libreoffice portable 7.0.1 not starting

Hi,

the portable libreoffice version 7.0.1 is not starting.

No error message shown.

Version 6.4.6 is working.

Could it be anti-virus blocking execution of unknown executables on USB? Or Group Policy in Windows?
