LibreOffice to replace MS Office in small businesses

Hi,
I was wondering, can LibreOffice be legally used in small businesses ? I love it and want to promote it in order to replace MS Office. I read the License page but some terms are unknown to me yet.

I don’t see any justification for this. As if M$O was the only thing a business may or could use.

It can be used in small and large businesses. I am using it in a small business and have already converted partially another small business.
