LibreOffice unable to Open ODS Spreadsheets

I have a spreadsheet created by LibreOffice 7.3.03. LibreOffice, the lastest versions are unable to open it on my laptop. It just hangs. I can open it fine on another computer desktop.

I tried uninstalling LibreOffice and reinstalling a slightly older more stable version but same problem.

Is there a way to get LibreOffice to open this spreadsheet on my Windows-10 laptop?

Do you use antivirus software that hinders your desire?
Do you have the required read and write permissions in the program directories?

I believe it is either you supply us with a document sample to re-check, or send us the error messages when you run Calc from command prompt. For first check, yes you should do what our friend above said, check your antivirus.
