LibreOffice Updated Without My Permission – Is This Normal?

This morning I started writer and a window popup said something about doing an update. Took about a minute. For the whole 1 minute, I tried to take a screen shot and the PC just wouldn’t do it.

I don’t think Libre has EVER done this before.

I am worried about a virus or being hacked.
