Installed and uninstalled from 6.4.3 back down to 6.0.3. None worked. On 6.0.3 I can start on safe mode but I have tried all the suggested fixes and none worked.
I have a zip file of my config settings available if requested
Sounds like a corrupted config file. Make sure LO isnt running and rename the config file. then restart LO and see if it works. Let us know the results here
I have renamed the config file but still the same result. I have now loaded 6.4.3 and it is running in safe mode so at least I can get some work done.
