LibreOffice will not install because it says that the quickstarter is running, but i have no idea how to turn off the quickstarter

I am currently running LibreOffice 3.3 and i would like to update, but i can’t because it wont install with the quickstarter running, but i have no idea of how to stop the quickstarter.

Please, at first, uninstall LibreOffice 3.3 before installing the new version,

see: Cannot Upgrade from LibreOffice 3.4.0 to 3.5.

Perhaps also: LibreOffice 3.5.2 installation aborts…
