There are a number of useful references to using Persian with LibreOffice. For example “http://askubuntu.com/questions/282981/how-to-set-libreoffice-to-use-persian-arabic-indic-hindi-page-numbers” . And also http://alefba.us/libreoffice-arabic-persian is especially useful.
Don’t forget that as Persian is written right to left, you must choose the right options in LibreOffice. For example Tools > Options > Language Settings > Complex text Layout (CTL). Selecting this will allow you then to select the Persian to the right of the CTL selection.
I presume the point at the end of a line will depend on whether you are typing right to left or left to right. Some of the fonts on LibreOffice contain Arabic scripts. These may be enough to get you started. Sorry not to be more help but Middle East languages are not my area. However, there is a LibreOffice section on Farsi you will find on http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/. Whether that is useful for you I am unable to answer.
