LibreOffice Writer responds slowly. It takes many seconds to have any input on the app. Also I can’t open dropdown menus. They show only empty box.
Version is 7.6
My computer has Windows 10, 64gb ram and Intel i9
In Windows, click Start menu > LibreOffice > LibreOffice (Safe Mode)
In the dialogue that opens click Configure and then Disable hardware acceleration (OpenGL, Open CL, Vulcan). Then click the button Apply changes and restart.
In the screen that opens, click Tools > Options > LibreOffice > View and tick the box Force Skia software rendering and click the OK button. Allow LibreOffice to restart and hopefully, the problem will have disappeared.
