LibreWriter speech mark style (Version 3.6.4.3 to 4.2.4.2)

Hi all,
I want to change the style of the speech mark in LibreWriter from the straight down slice or mark (’) to a traditional 6(‘) or 9(’), does anyone know how?

The reason being is, I’ve just come from using MS Word where all the speech mark I’ve used look like this, ‘ or ’ and I want to keep the same style.
