I have a CALC file with 111,000 rows.
I cannot add more rows ???
Do I need to U/L the latest? I’m using 7.6.

Only you can answer this. And after you checked, report back; don’t forget to mention the exact problem (error message?) and exact steps you do. Also, you may want to provide a sample documents, so that people could help you - in case you can’t add up to the normal > 1 million rows.
Just installed 7.6.4-Win-x86-64.msi.
Did not remove 7.6.1. Install completed without error.
Same problem.
Last filled row is 111,011 … last row is 111,007 and I can’t add any more.
Possibly a config file that got corrupted ?

You can decide by de-activating your current user profile temporarily renaming the folder.
The only alternative to a corrupted profile I can think of, is a standard template used for your spreadsheets where rows with numbers >111011 are hidden (for unknown reasons).
Select the complete sheet (Ctrl+A) by default and loolk at the Name Box.
Or insert an additional new sheet into the same document and check for the maximum row number of that sheet.
Added a new sheet … Copied info from orig sheet … All is working.
Deleted original sheet.
One thing I noticed on the new sheet; 111,017 rows are original height, but rest are very short.
Copied formula to a couple of 100 more rows and reset height. New hightened rows are great, but all below are short ???

Did it again …
Number of rows limited !
Again copied >110,000 rows of 4 columns to a new sheet, as I did a week ago.
All data is there, but date column is now text (‘23.Oct.2023).
Can’t seem to convert to date. so that “days since” column formula recognizes it and does calculations.
I can’t even do 1 at a time using “format cells”. I must delete the (’) in each cell, which works, but >110,000 ?
Selecting the column and formatting to DATE doesn’t work.
Example:

There are several ways to convert text to numeric data as this FAQ explains, Faq/Calc/How to convert number text to numeric data - The Document Foundation Wiki
There is likely to be something entered at the last row in the spreadsheet which means that you are using all the million odd rows available. You could just delete the entire very last row

Tried it all, to no avail …
Most interesting documentation … but that didn’t work either.
Other things I have tried:
Brand new CALC SptradSheet - copy data to it - DATE column is still text “'23. jan.2024”
New sheet … Same as above.
Tried all in DOC you sent (great info) bu didn’t work.
Would you like to remote in and stomp around my 'puter to see what the ^&^%#(* i’m doing wrong?
I would be happy allow that .

Deleted LO 7.4.1 from “Control Panel”
D/Led and Installed LO 7.6.5.2
Opened the original spread sheet sheet
Copied data from old sheet (still 115,000 rows), unable to add rows …
copied to new sheet (1,004,000 rows)
Highlighted DATE column on a new sheet.
right-clicked and selected “DMY”
formula in the DAYS column all work !
Can’t tell if it was the 7.4.1 version (I have updated several since initial install).

All my E-MAil data is there in the new CALC sheet after Update to LU 7.6.5.2
B U T …
The "DATE SENT field has a multitude of problems;
All dates from original file post FEB 2024 are there.
All dates pre Feb 2024 have been incremented, as far forward as 2042 !
Tried a whole bunch of things; re copying usind ‘Paste Special’, SHFT - ENTER, … etc
Gave up and deleted all dates after FEB 2024.
I’m using WIN11, Inspiron 16 5620, 458GB Memory.
