LO 24.2 & 24.8 silent quit at 'Reinstalling all deployment...' Including Safe Mode

After the following:

Working LO 24.6
Macro problem, restarted in Safe Mode
Safe Mode started as expected
Exited program

Then

LO won’t start
Silently quits after showing Reinstalling all deployment packages in the splash screen
When launched from command line, returns to prompt
No sign of LO in Task Manager
Same results when trying with --safe-mode option from command line.

I then

completely uninstalled LO
installed 24.8 from TDF

Same results. I repeated the attempt after using registry cleanup software that I use frequently. No change.

I do get this error during installation:

Is there a way I can wipe the User Profile from the command prompt without LO? Ideas?

Windows 11 system. Can’t start, can’t give normal clip of system/LO info. Sorry.

What you show is a warning, not an error; it is known as tdf#84456, and by itself, doesn’t prevent correct installation.

Yes, of course, warning, not error. I was speaking broadly, i.e. “only anomaly.”

My searches missed that UserProfile page…the most obvious one based on the URL! I should have come up with that somehow. But it did the trick. Thanks.
