LO 6.1.4.2 Help/F1 won't use local help files, only online.

• I’m running win10 - Installed LO back in Dec. '18, just today installed Help
• Help ver says 6.1 although install file (.msi) says 6.1.5
• Help and LO are both x64
• Language settings same, English US
• I installed Help by dbl-clicking; no problems there.

Any ideas?

Local help files now display in a browser (see->LibreOffice 6.0: Release Notes)

The URL in the browser will be ‘File’ not ‘http(s)’.
