Hi all, why does LO present me with a message informing me that my “page margin settings are outside of print range” when they aren’t?
I know they aren’t because when I choose to “use these settings anyway” then print the document it prints just fine, with all the material included- nothing is “cut off” or missing.
Print range is told by driver. If its data is not accurate, then there’s nothing LO could do here. And note that driver can know that outside of specific range, printing artifacts might happen, so it woudn’t report this area for printing.
I sometimes deliberately do this when my data contains figures whose frames extend beyond traditional print area but whose figures have white “margins” wide enough to bring back effective data inside physical print area. Use case: print scanned sheet received from e-mail with 100% scaling.
