Dazed and confused, I’m trying to spell check an existing LO document. I open LO Writer, select “File” and click the document in its folder to open it. It opens, but it opens in LO DRAW instead of in LO Writer. I have no clue why or how to correct it. The spell checker doesn’t work properly anyway but I figure that I need to get the doc to open in the proper app before first. Any clues?
About what kind of document are you talking about, pdf?
My mistake… had 3 versions of the same file in a folder and picked the .jpg version I had created to be able to manipulate the physical size of the tables the doc contains. LO doesn’t edit .jpgs but everything works well on the .odt verssion.
