The LO main menu screen opens, but any attempt to load a document or spreadsheet immediately freezes everything and eventually a “non-responsive” message appears. I have tried all of these (and various combos) with no success:
- Opening files from File Explorer (i.e., not using LO menu)
- System restart
- Rename user file and restart
- Check task manager for any soffice files open (nope)
- Completely uninstall and reinstall LO
- Temporarily dissable AV and firewall
At this point I can’t access any files.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
