Loading shortcut configuration via script

is it possible to load my own shortcut configuration file via cmdScript?

What do you call a cmdScript? Why automate this operation? The developers have spent some effort to draw a working “Load” button in the user interface - why don’t you take advantage of this?

I want to load a key file (via ui created ) on any PC i want. For the best case with a *.cmd or *.bat script under Windows 10.
