The text in my Writer document looks great. It’s very crisp and clear, but when I export to PDF it becomes choppy. I have tried many options like lossless, or jpg with 100% and highest DPI but it stills looks choppy.

Solved. In Adobe Reader there is a setting for Smooth Text. I’m not sure why Shitty Looking Text is the default, but it is.
