Lost content of the document when converted as a pdf

Hello,

When I convert the attached document as a pdf, the tabs in page 5 and 6 are empty. Can someone tell me what is the issue and if a fix is possible ?

When I downloaded your document as .docx, page 6 has some data but out of order.
When I downloaded your document as .odt, page 6 has some data in tables.
Page 5 has no data.

Hi Leroy,

If you open the document in Microsoft Office, there are some datas in the page 6 for example. So without download the document, there is an issue.

I guess it is a Google Doc. Google Doc conversion to .odt has problems, Google does a better job converting to .docx.

You could download as .docx and convert to .odt but there will still be problems because of the double conversion and because there is not an exact conversion possible due to differences in what the different file formats can contain/use.

Why not download as PDF from Google Docs?
