I am using a MAC OS X 10.11.6 and LibreOffice version 6.0.5.2.
I am was reading this link text. I run the macro and start to fill the dropdown fields, but the desktop field is always blank. So I need to select some file to add in that field. (I choose any LibreOffice file in this situation)
After pushing the Create Shortcut button, the shortcut creates an invisible file, and when I tried to open it, it only opens as a note. It is not open the real file.

I am editing to better explain the issue.
I am referring to @koolninja comments. I downloaded the DB shortcuts and ran the macro. As you can see, shortcut location is blank, and the only way to include a path is selecting an existing file. So, using an existing file on this, after pushing Create Shortcut button, the file created not work.
