Macro Conditional Format doesn't apply after save the Calc file

Hello everyone,

I have an automation code in VFP9 that generates a series of Calc files, my problem is when I try to apply conditional format, it doesn’t take effect, the styles are created successfully but do not been applied to the cell range.

This OpenOffice issue describes exactly my problem

Does this issue still exists in LibreOffice?. I’m using version 4.2.0.4 in Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits Spanish (LatAm)
