Main toolbar keeps disappearing when opening a new file

Hi,

Hopefully someone can explain to me what’s happening. When I set the standard toolbar to be visible, it works fine, but when I close and reopen a document or open a new document, the toolbar disappears. I’m not sure why. Here’s a video that shows what happens:

I see only a browser window that does nothing. Down on the bottom taskbar, a Writer icon disappears and is replaced by a LibreOffice icon.

Is the toolbar docked?
Is the toolbar locked in position?
Does it occur in safe mode, click Help > Restart in safe mode > Continue in Safe Mode?

It looks like you might have Contextual Single set in View > User interface, change it to Standard Toolbar there.
