Manage styles doesn't seem to work

LibreOffice 7.3.5.2 on MacOS 11.6.8.

Clicking “More styles…” in the styles dropdown, clicking Manage Styles in the Styles menu, and clicking on the Styles or Style Inspector buttons in the sidebar, all produce nothing. Am I missing something?

Try to use the Sidebar ( Ctrl+F5 )

I have tried the sidebar. When I click on the Styles (or Style Inspector) button in the sidebar, it also produces nothing.
