I have encountered this problem in both calc and writer, where my documents contain an image with a mathematical text not displayed properly when viewing the document in libreoffice but works properly in microsoft. I am using Fedora 40 linux and I have attempted to install the texlive-amsfonts for mathematical fonts but not resolving the problem. Sharing the troubled images below for reference. Need help to diagnose this issue!

Give more information about your image. Many image formats don’t reference fonts when rendering: text has been drawn when image was created and later this “text image” is displayed without “recomputing text”. Depending on image format, installing a font may not fix the issue.
Take also care not to stretch your image. Keep the original height/width ratio to avoid sistortions.
