I have just did a clean install of Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and got this:

I have tried installing x64 fresh version first, then x86, then x64 and x86 still and the latest beta.
Portable version does not work either.

OpenOffice works just fine.
I used the same version before reinstall and there were no problems.
