Menu text is black and not so visible in dark theme

Hi,
I can’t see the Menu text in dark theme. The menu text always stay black either normal adwaita theme or adwaita dark theme. But when I hover the mouse pointer over the menu text it turn white in dark theme. Isn’t suppose to show white without hovering the mouse.

Is there any way to change it?

OS: Manjaro
Desktop: Gnome 42.4
