Merged cell and conditionnal formating: Background fill only on the "upmost" cell?

Good morning everyone,

I have a question concerning a combination of the conditional formatting and merged cell.
I would like to use a color scale conditional formatting on merged cells.

In my Libre Office version (see below). Color scale only apply on the “master cell” of the merged cell.
means:

If the merged cell contain two or more rows, then only the upmost row of the merged cell will be filled with a color.

For conditional formatting with if formula, the color apply to the complete cell.

Here a picture:

Is there a way to get the complete cell filled with a background color for a color scale formatting?

Thank you in advance,

Have a great day!

Version: 7.5.5.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community

CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win
Locale: fr-FR (fr_FR); UI: fr-FR
Calc: CL threaded

It seems a Bug!
may you or somebody confirm it

Hello,

I think also.
I tried in different ways but it is always the same behavior.

Thanks for the bug case request!
