How can I maintain the formats of the parts when merging 2 or more cells?

For what? For “beautiful” printing on paper? For non-traditional display on the screen? I’m sure not for further processing of this data in Calc. Or am I wrong and will you try to use this uneven cell format in further calculations?

Very long and completely useless answer:
You can achieve this by copying the cells you want to merge without losing formatting in Writer (use Paste Special - RTF), then converting the resulting table to text delimited by Other:“space” or Other:“empty string”. Copy the result and paste it back into the spreadsheet.
