Microsoft Speech recognition 8.0?

I have found that the Ms Speech recognition tool on windows 7 (and maybe vista…but idk) doesn’t work with LibreOffice… i have looked up why that may be and i found the problem seems to be the developers haven’t added the MS Speech API (Info on it here).

Please file an enhancement bug asking for the MS Speech API to be added to LO. Provide as much information about this change as possible. Don’t forget to mark your bug as an ‘enhancement’. The QA team will be happy to help you triage your feature request in the bugtracker.
