microsoft word and excel docs not displaying correctly

hi

is there some sort of compatibility mode to make ms docs appear correctly ?

in the excel docs some of the grid is missing and the title is chopped off at both ends etc

in word docs the images are shuffled randomly ??

LibO does not really 100% support the MSO formats or better say that MSO does not fully support the ODF formats.

LO supports M$O better than O supports ODF.
