Missing macros

On some of the forms in my database, I have a macro which causes the form to go to a new record when opened, and now I am getting error messages that the script could not be found.

I had not opened the database for a few months. Why is this happening when I open it now? How can I fix it?

The macros you are pointing to reside in the User Profile (see-> LibreOffice user profile). They should be located in the basic sub-folder.

If not there hopefully you have a backup of the user profile. Don’t have any other recovery options.

Also just noticed you are using a Snap version. I don’t use this but may have something to do with a new user profile for each version.

It was one macro, so I just replaced it. There is one other issue, in one of my forms, the date format in a pattern field displays the date incorrectly. I have two other forms (for different tables) with a pattern field for the date set up in exactly the same way. Any ideas why the date format is messed up on only one of the forms?

In regard to the Snap version, at the time I installed it, it was the only version I could get in which everything worked properly for me.

In regard to the incorrect date display, I just found that the format example for the date field was not set in the table underlying the form. So now it’s fixed. Why it got messed up now, when it used to work right, remains a mystery.
