Missing menu text after update to 5.3.2

After update from 5.3.1 to 5.3.2 (on WIndows 7) menu text, as well as in Writer, Calc, …, disappeared. Just menu icons followed by underscores.

Uninstalling 5.3.2 and installing 5.3.1 solved the problem.

I repeated the process above once more - the results were exactly the same.

Is there anyone here with solution?
