I have created a layout in Draw and made a text box using the Callout/Cloud button on the Drawing Toolbar. I layered this Callout in front of one of the four bitmap photos on the page.
Now here is my problem: I want to copy the same Cloud-Callout on to each of the other three photos. But when I paste it it disappears behind the bitmap. When I use “Modify/Arrange/Bring to Front” or “Bring Forward” or “In Front of Object” nothing changes. I have also tried selecting both the Callout and the Bitmap together and then “Reverse,” but still nothing.
What am I missing?
