Spreadsheet page has 6 Lottery games, 13 rows each. The order of these games changes. When I move 13 rows above or below another game, how do I insure that the conditioned cells follow? I’ve been using Format>Condition>Manage having to manually edit the cells that moved. 2) Some conditions apply to an entire column, while other conditions compare across columns within the 13 rows for each game.

HELLO: It’s Col (U), the seven day average should turn GREEN when certain % higher than ‘One-in Odds’ in Col(H). When I open Format>Condition>Manage, I see that they changed when I copied and pasted a game (13 rows) above or below another game.
