Some of my cells in Calc have a background color which shows up on the screen but does not print out on paper. I am using Windows 11 with an Epson ET-2720 printer. I know I am doing something stupid, but I can’t figure out what I am doing wrong and it is driving me crazy, I updated LibreOffice to the newest version and Epson tells me its printer drivers are up to date. I would appreciate any suggestions but please keep it simple and detailed as I am eighty-one years old. Thanks in advance.
If you click in the menu Format > Page style and then click the Sheet tab, are the Print boxes ticked as shown below?
- Do you have sufficient coloured ink in your printer?
- Are the nozzles clean? See page 104 of your printer manual, or in the printer screen select Maintenance > Nozzle check
- Click File > Printer Settings, then in the dialogue, click Properties. In the new dialogue, select the Main tab, is Color selected?
