I added to the form yesterday, saved and closed out. Today went in and was told such acct does not exist.
How is anyone supposed to give you an answer with your meager information?

Guessing wildly. If you are on Windows and the file is in a folder synchronised to OneDrive then OneDrive will delete it after 30 days. Look in OneDrive recycle bin online.
