Can anyone help me get my files back to odt from PDF.
Are they really pdf, do they open in Acrobat Reader? Or do they fail to open in Acrobat Reader?

I saved them as Both Odt and PDF but now Every time I create a New Word Doc. and Try Saving It As an option. It Auto saves it as a PDF. Yes they open in PDF Readers. But they won’t open as a reg word file anymore.

Partly, the icon shows @mxisry3 is answering by email, so I guess thhe line is included by his/her mail-app like the “sent from my *-phone”-stuff, most of us have read to often… So I guess it is not intended
One of the few cases, where I’d like to see a screenshot:
- Wich Icons you have chosen
- The SaveAs dialogue with settings before you hit “ok” to save…
File > Save As for .pdf is not an option; you must File > Export As > Export As pdf. Maybe you are clicking the wrong icon in the toolbar? Hover over the icons to read their tooltip.
Do you have any extensions to create multiple save types or convert to pdf? If so, try disabling them.
