Name and Description of shapes in Draw to appear when cursor is brought over them

Is there a way to get the Name and Description of shapes that you set up in Draw to appear (pop up) if you put the cursor over the shape? Whether in the tool or exporting to another format? Thank you

Could you please describe how you’re ‘setting up’ these shapes in Draw? Are these custom shapes that you’ve configured?
