I’m 85 now and things have slowed down, sorry.

I can see half the chapter headings in the navigator window

below these is a ‘+’

if i select that, i see the rest of my headings

How can i eliminate that boundary and prevent creating it in the future?

Thanks

Chris

If you see only “half your heading”, this means they are not all at same level.

What you see initially is Heading 1 paragraphs (usually chapter headings); If you need to expand a level to see the others, these others are at level bigger than one, being styled Heading 2 or higher. If these are not sub-chapter headings and should be chapter titles, restyle the paragraphs as Heading 1.

in case this does not solve your issue, attach your document or a reduced sanitised version of it for further analysis.
