Im having the same issue Ive seen reported multiple times on the support forums here, LibreOffice crashes on start I just get a blank white box and it says it is not responding. Ive tried the registry edit to disable OpenGL. I also opened LO in safemode and disabled all hardware acceleration. Ive disabled OpenCL. Nothing seems to work the only thing I can do is open it in safemode for use. I have no extensions installed, my Windows 10 installation has Chrome installed, VLC, Malwarebytes, and thats basically it.
You’re not alone, I’m having the exact same problem , even after the OpenGL registry edit.
Unfortunately, these reports haven’t been reproduced locally by developers, so we couldn’t identify why they happen, and fix them.
You could help us to do that, if file a bug report with detailed information about your OS, LO versions, and hardware, and (what’s important) a minidump generated using instructions from this wiki page. Thanks!
I am almost having the same issue. I can open it but it hangs on ‘not responding’ after the first few words are edited.

Am considering swapping to WPS
Or UBUNTU/LINUX
I blame windows 10. Its soooo slow. Opening a new folder to name takes almost a minute. In 7 it was instant.

I always have to run LibreOffice in safe mode to get it to run on my computer…
Have you tried disabling quick start during installation?
