You need more advanced help to learn how to use LibreOffice Base? Then I recommend you the general English Documentation.

From the screenshot I can see that you have to restart at zero after studying lots of documentation. Creating a userfriendly database is development work. This is not like creating a document following your personal preferences and taste. You have to follow some technical concepts and abstractions.
