Need to upload Writer documents to an online application form. But the form won't accept my docs, claiming the file exts are unacceptable.s

The form displays << Document file extension is invalid. Must be DOC, GIF, HTM, HTML, JPEG, JPG, PDF, PPT, PS, RTF, TIF, TIFF, TXT, XLS, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, MSG, PPTX >>

LO "Save" offers several Word file exts, but Doxillion conversion app seems to want me to buy 365 to use them. B- that!

Any help gratefully received, as the closing date is always nearer than one thinks.
Mike.

Choose File - Save a Copy… (or Save As…), and select an appropriate File type.

It is always advisable to keep a copy of the document in the .odt format.

See LibreOffice Help on Save a Copy and Save As.

Tested with LibreOffice 6.4.7.2 (x86); OS: Windows 6.1.
