Networkdays not counting festivities matrix

Hi there,
(posting here the same question submitted in the Italian forum, hoping for more luck )
I’m struggling to get the function NETWORKDAYS to consider the matrix with the holidays date.

I’m using Libreoffice Calc 5.4.2.2, in the Italian version.

Holidays are listed in the 3rd column.

I would expect that the net working days on January 2018 would be 22 but, for some reason, it seems that the function does not want to consider 01/01/2018 as a Festivity.
Any idea what’s wrong / how to make ot work?

This works for me. I’d recommend to avoid implicit (and locale-dependent, thus non-portable) text-to-number conversions (though I couldn’t reproduce your problem actually, because I couldn’t get the last column working at all, it always gave argument errors).

Hi Mike, thanks for the tip. I’ll list the hoydays as advised. BTW, if I opened the test.ods file with Excel in my mobile phone, the calculation was correct… Regards Shocker
