New Calc open on line 28

When opening a new Calc sheet it is dropping down to Line 28 Cell A instead of Line 1 Cell A.
How do I fix this problem (bug)?

Likely you have a custom template, which has that cell as current?

I’m testing 7.6.0.1, on Win10, and it’s perfect so far

Well I found a template through a search. I deleted it but when I did an error came up that said something like a Template could not be found. I then clicked OK and a blank Calc opened up starting on Line 1 Cell A.
So I I went ahead and did a clean removal and install. So far so good.
If I have any other problems will post back.
