The menu bar is visible across the top of the document (File, Edit, View, etc.) but when clicked the list of sub-items do not drop down, only a box with an up arrow above a down arrow. When the arrows are clicked, nothing happens. If the cursor is moved between the two arrows, a blue line appears but clicking it does nothing.
I installed LO 6.0.2.1 and the problem was resolved.
