No Top Menu / Libre Office 7 / Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

I have lost the top menu on LO 24.2. How can I make it reappear (or where would I find the help button
in second level graphical menu? Tried restarting via command line in safe mode, but that also fails:

$ libreoffice --safe-mode
Gtk-Message: 22:13:03.348: Not loading module “atk-bridge”: The functionality is provided by GTK natively. Please try to not load it.

(soffice:6438): Gtk-WARNING **: 22:13:03.400: GTK+ module /snap/libreoffice/310/gnome-platform/usr/lib/gtk-2.0/modules/libcanberra-gtk-module.so cannot be loaded.
GTK+ 2.x symbols detected. Using GTK+ 2.x and GTK+ 3 in the same process is not supported.
Gtk-Message: 22:13:03.400: Failed to load module “canberra-gtk-module”

I’d be grateful for any hint how to get the menu back :rofl:
