Number of Lines of Text above Footnotes

I have a document with a few very large footnotes. What Writer does is to put 6 or 7 lines of text on a page and then the rest is footnote. Can I adjust the number 6/7? I would actually set it to zero if possible, so that the next page would be just a giant footnote with no text.

Here is a sample file to clarify: https://filebin.ca/5NIxqBeu9Yb5/footnote.demo.odt

Page 2 has those 7 lines at the top that I would like to remove or reduce.

Mr.Mountain,

I searched and find a previous question.

I finded that 80% of the page height is the maximum value for footnotes (LibreOffice 6.3.6.2).

Hey guys! You with so much karma!

How can it be changed?

There is indeed an open bug report about this here https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=73977 Meantime we just must wait it seems.
